This page explains, in plain language, what the site collects, why, where it is stored, for how long, and what you can ask of us.

01

What the fit-check form collects

In the fit-check form you fill in your full name, phone number, business name, field, a rough number of inquiries per week, who answers them today, and — if you want — a free-text message. The language you filled the form in is kept as well.

These details are used for one thing: to check whether your business is a fit to work with us and to come back to you with an answer. Sending the form does not add you to any mailing list.

02

What the newsletter signup collects

When you subscribe we keep: your email address, the time of consent (date and time), your IP address, your browser details (user agent), the language you chose, and the place on the site you subscribed from. These details are the proof that you asked to hear from us.

Marketing email is sent only with explicit, prior consent, in line with Section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law (Bezeq and Broadcasts), 1982. The subscription is completed only after you click the confirmation link in the email we send you.

You can stop receiving the emails at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email. It takes effect immediately.

03

Where the data is stored

The data is stored with the service providers that run the site: Vercel hosts the site; email sending and the subscriber list are handled by the newsletter provider configured for the site — Resend, MailerLite or Buttondown, as applicable. Fit-check submissions are sent to the studio's inbox and, where configured, to our inquiry-management system.

We do not sell the data and do not pass it to anyone else, apart from the providers that run the site and the emails.

04

How long the data is kept

Fit-check submissions are kept for up to 12 months from the date they were sent, then deleted.

Subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe. After that, only a record that you asked to stop is kept, so that we do not email you again.

05

Cookies and analytics

The site does not use cookies and does not run tracking tools. If we turn on analytics, it will be through Plausible — a tool that uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you personally.

06

Your rights and how to reach us

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased. Write to hello@dansocial.co.il and we will take care of it.

Any other privacy question — same address.
